6. Coaching Services & Refunds.
If for whatever reason, you were not satisfied with the coaching services provided by a representative of HYPERLINK “http://www.top-dating-coach.com” http://www.top-dating-coach.com – you have a full 48hrs to request a refund via Neil Ward (CEO). A statement of displeasure is not required to be made during the coaching session but must be made via email or phone within 48 hours of the end of the coaching session. If you do not request a refund within this 48 hour period, any refund request will be denied. All changes to coachings sessions MUST be notified via email or phone to Neil Ward (CEO) within 48 hours of the start of your allocated coaching time slot. No changes of time/day or refunds will be guaranteed if within this 48 hour period.
7. Product Refunds.
If for whatever reason, you were not satisfied with the product supplied to you which was purchased on this site ( HYPERLINK “http://www.top-dating-coach.com” http://www.top-dating-coach.com) – you have a full 60 days from the purchase date to request a refund via Neil Ward (CEO). If you do not request a refund within this 60 day period, any refund request will be denied.
8. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be performed in United Kingdom.
