We always aim to answer all emails within 24 hours or faster, however, in peak periods, or if your enquiry requires an answer from Neil Ward, our response time may be slower. We ask that you kindly take the time to search our FAQs first for answers to your questions before submitting a ticket request.
If you do submit a ticket for help, please only submit once, as submitting more than one ticket creates a backlog, reduces efficiency and takes us more time to respond to your request and those of others.
Please note, we receive in excess of 100 emails a day from teenagers looking for advice, our policy is that we only advise adults of 20 and over. If you are under 20 years old, we recommend that you try some of the online forums where you can get help from other teenagers going through similar situations.

- it varies from coach to coach, if you are willing to be placed on the cancellation list, you can get in with a coach very quickly; sometimes within the same week.
3. How much do coaching sessions and the weekend courses cost?

5. Why can’t I get a coaching session with Neil Ward this month? I don’t want to wait a long time for coaching.
- Neil only spends a small part of his time conducting dating coaching, the remainder he devotes to his non-profit work and projects which he is deeply passionate about. He has trained up some amazing coaches in his stead so please use their great skills.
6. Do the coaches travel to other Countries to coach?
- Yes. However, Travel & Accommodation must be funded by the client.
7. How do I unsubscribe from the FREE newsletter?
- Simply by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at he bottom of our newsletter. But we’ll be sorry to see you go…
8. I’ve lost my eBook password, what do I do?
- Contact support with your receipt details where you will be provided with your password.
9. Can I get FREE coaching or courses?
- No. We get dozens of these emails daily, Neil’s policy is that we already deliver plenty of amazing advice through our newsletter, completely FREE. It also wouldn’t be fair to the people who pay the full price for coaching and courses.
10. I can’t afford the coaching fees, is there anything you can do for me?
- Yes. Contact us with an offer of how you could help our business and your circumstances will be put forward to Neil for review. Only exceptional circumstances and offers will be considered!
